It turns out the hit television show Mash was actually shot in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA at a campground called Malibu Creek. My whole world came crashing down when I learned this on a camping trip last summer. Apparently it looked enough like South Korea to fool the whole country. Jokes on us I guess.
